What Is ColumbiaLofts.net?
Virtual Realty is one of several companies currently studying the prospect of developing loft-style condominiums in downtown Columbia. We have developed ColumbiaLofts.net with the sole purpose of capturing feedback on the residential wants and needs of people who are interested in potential loft developments in “The District.”

The Loft Lowdown
At this time, specific locations and architectural renderings for downtown Columbia lofts are not available, but any such projects are expected to be located directly downtown, south of Broadway between College Avenue and Providence Road. Loft buildings would be approximately four stories tall, with businesses on the ground level and residential lofts on the floors above. Before any additional projects are finalized, however, we want to first find out what people like you want and need to make these lofts desirable downtown digs.
