From the Columbia Tribune, 12/10/05: "Downtown dentist Lynn Miller recently released an artist's drawing of his proposed District Village complex, which was first reported in Street Talk in June.
Miller plans a mixed-use complex designed by architect Stephen Bourgeois with retail and office space on the ground level and upscale residential suites on the upper levels. It's a plan hailed by city planners and downtown gurus that fits the latest rallying cry to increase downtown density and reduce surface parking lots. "
